• Please ensure your ward reaches school on time.

• Students must come to school in school uniform. Please ensure your ward is neatly dressed in school uniform.

• The interaction between the parent and teacher is essential for a child's academic and overall development. We welcome parents to have time to time meeting with class teacher and subject teacher to discuss progress of their wards.

• Presence of parents is compulsory in Parent Teacher Meetings.

• Parents are not allowed to meet their wards while school hours. In any case if it is necessary kindly inform school administration for the same.

• Kindly submit tution fees, transportation fees etc. on time. Fees should be submitted by the first 10th day of every month.

• Send your ward with Identity card and school bus card regularly.

• Fill the details about contact number and address etc in the school diary. This helps in case we need to contact you in case of emergency.

• Keep an eye on arrival timings of your ward.In case of late arrivals ask your ward for the reason. In case of any doubt contact to the school administration immediately.

• Please check the school diary on daily basis and also check the classwork ofyour ward at least once a week.

• Try to be present when your ward does the homework. Do not rely on private tutions only for their academic improvement.

• Provide home made lunch boxes to your ward and instruct them not to eat anything from outside vendors.

• Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones or any expensive item in the shool. If they do so it will be confiscated.

• Cooperate with school administration to maintain positive attitude, discipline in the student. In case of any complaints realted to teaching and learning, contact the school administration.

• In case of two or more siblings, fee is same for all of your wards.

• For promotion to the next class 75% attendance is compulsory. Please check the calendar for holidays before planning for any vaccation.

• In case of any examination related queries consult the examination department.

• Do not provide bikes to your ward to commute to school. Students are advised to put a lock in their bycycles while they park. School administration is not responsible for the vehicles of students.

• Entire school campus is under CCTV camera. Any type of misbehaviour of the student will be caught with evidence and will be sent to disciplinary committee.
